Strategic Alliance Consulting, Inc. (Strategic ACI) employees and their families participated in the fourth annual Come as You Are (CAYA) Run for Your Life 5k which was held on September 21st at Verdun Adventure Bound in Rixeyville. CAYA is a non-profit organization that seeks to raise awareness and reduce the stigma of substance abuse. Moira Satre, CAYA’s founder and CEO stated they had 326 registered runners this year, which was by far the largest turnout they’ve ever had. Moira is estimating they raised at least $30,000 which will go directly to substance abuse prevention and treatment programs, as well as other community programs.
